Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to use Tiny Topo?
No. You can frame any place, build models and save images without signing in. Sign in with Google (free) to download a 3D print file or make videos, so your monthly allowance is kept for you.
When do my downloads reset?
Paid plans reset at the start of each billing period. The Free plan resets on the 1st of every month (UTC).
Does downloading the same model again count twice?
No. Downloading the same model again within 7 days doesn’t use another download.
What happens when I upgrade or switch plans?
The new plan applies straight away. When you switch between paid plans, the price difference is charged pro rata for the rest of the period.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from your account page. You keep everything your plan includes until the end of the period you paid for, and you aren’t charged again.
How does a Print Pack work?
A Print Pack is a one-time purchase of 5 model downloads (STL, 3MF or GLB) at High detail without a watermark, valid for 12 months. Pack downloads are used only after your plan’s monthly allowance runs out, so they never go to waste.
Can I sell prints of my models?
With Maker, yes: it includes a commercial licence to sell physical prints made from your model files. Free and Pro are for personal use. Imagery shown in posters and videos stays subject to its providers’ terms. Selling 3D printed maps.
Who handles payment and tax?
Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar takes care of sales tax and VAT and sends your receipts and invoices.
What is your refund policy?
